Dear parents and carers of Year 6,

RE: Y6 Leavers’ End of Year Party (Prom)

A reminder of the Year 6 Leavers’ End of Year Party is this week.

Please ensure that your child comes with their dancing shoes ready, dressed in their best for a fun-filled evening with their friends at Kelvin Grove.

The Year 6 Leavers’ party will take place on the evening of Thursday 16^th July between 5.00pm and 7.00pm in the Main Hall. Food and drinks will be provided. Please indicate on the online form below whether your child has permission to walk home alone or if you will come to collect them. Even if your child usually walks home alone – you must fill the form in. If another parent is collecting your child, please state the name of this adult on the reply slip.

Children should arrive for 5.00pm at the main entrance. Unfortunately we cannot allow parents or other family members into the party due to safety and safeguarding reasons.  Any photos you would like to take should be done before, please be mindful of our neighbours especially when leaving later on.  

All devices will be handed in and kept safe as usual until the end of the evening.
We will have a photo booth area inside to capture memories of the event.
