Dear Parents and Carers,

ENRICHMENT CLUBS – AUTUMN 2026

Please ensure you read this letter carefully before signing your child/children up.

Our Enrichment Clubs for Autumn term will start week beginning Monday 21^st September 2026 to week beginning Monday 30^th November 2026.

Please only book a club that your child will enjoy and want to participate in.

Payment for clubs is required in full. Failure to pay could result in the space being offered to another child as Enrichment clubs are very popular and tend to book up quickly.

We have worked hard keep costs as low as possible and believe that all of our clubs are excellent value for money. To help, we have now subsidised most clubs for all children who are PUPIL PREMIUM, offering a 50% reduction per child, per term.

If you are unsure whether your child/children are pupil premium then please contact the office.

If you would like to pay for your child to join an enrichment club using TAX-FREE CHILDCARE or CHILDCARE VOUCHERS, please email your child’s name and the club you wish for them to join to vouchers@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk by Monday 7th September 2026, 2.00pm..

IF YOUR CHILD REQUIRES ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AT SCHOOL, you will need to discuss your club application with our Assistant Headteacher for SEND – Ms Hicklin, prior to your child starting the club.

All clubs will go live on PARENT MAIL Thursday 3rd September 2.00pm, and bookings will be closed Monday 14th September 2026, 12.00pm.

All clubs will be running for a 10-week period this term except Cooking Club which is run for 5 weeks for KS1 and then 5 weeks for KS2.

Children who take part in Cheerleading, Gymnastics and Daytime Music Lessons are auto-enrolled every half term, which gives them a secure spot for the school year 2026/2027 unless your child doesn’t wish to continue.

AUTUMN 2026 CLUB CALENDAR

HOW DO I BOOK A CLUB PLACE?

• Log onto your PARENT MAIL account and select ‘accounts and products’.
• Click on the ‘products’ tab.
• Choose a club.
• Select the child/children you wish to sign up for the chosen club.
• If your child is pupil premium, please tick ‘pay a custom amount’ – a box will appear in which you will need to input half the price of the club and then add to cart.
• If you wish to sign your child/children up to more than one club, please repeat the steps above and then select ‘checkout’.
• Choose your payment method and follow the steps.
• Once payment has been processed a pop up will appear to show ‘checkout successful’. Once you close this box it will show you your order details.
• You will also receive email confirmation.

ENRICHMENT CLUBS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• To discuss financial hardship or a payment plan contact the School Business Manager on sbm@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk
• You must sign up via PARENT MAIL for an Enrichment club space.
• Spaces are limited. If you go on-line and cannot see a specific club, this means the club is no longer available.
• The commitment is for a term – Refunds will not be given once places are confirmed.
• Booking for enrichment clubs will close Monday 14^th September 2026, 12.00pm.
• If you have an outstanding balance from a previous club, you will not be able to book until the balance has been cleared.
• You must re-apply for enrichment clubs each term – Clubs are not rolled over from previous terms except for Music Lessons, Gymnastics and Cheerleading.
• Please email clubs@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk or call the school office, if your child in Year 5 or 6 is permitted to walk home alone after every club session.
• Children attending any enrichment activities are expected to behave appropriately and follow school rules.
• If an Enrichment club is cancelled for any reason, we will contact you either by phone or text
• If a session is cancelled due to an emergency, we will try where possible to provide another tutor or make the class up at the end of the term.
• There are no refunds for a child who’s off sick, not attending club or circumstances beyond our control.
• If your child attends a dance or sport club, appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn.
• We reserve the right to cancel a club if not enough children sign up to it; however, we will issue a full refund if this becomes necessary.
