Dear Parents/Carers of Year 6 Pupils,

RE: Year 6 PGL Residential Trip Parent Meeting – Friday 2^nd October 2026

As announced last term, we are pleased to confirm the details of a two-night residential trip for Year 6, which will take place during the Summer Term from Wednesday 30^th June – Friday 2^nd July 2027.

We are excited to be visiting PGL Grosvenor House, an outdoor adventure centre in Kent. During the residential trip, children will have the opportunity to challenge themselves, build resilience and develop their ability to work as part of a team. The centre offers a wide range of exciting activities, including climbing walls, giant swings and sensory trails. In the evenings, children can enjoy relaxing around the campfire or taking part in a disco.

🔗Grosvenor Hall Activities

We will be holding a parent meeting on Friday 2^nd October at 3:45 pm at school to provide more details about the trip and payment arrangements, and to answer any questions you may have.

Trip Details:
Date: Wednesday 30^th June – Friday 2^nd July 2027 inclusive (3 days; 2 nights)
Cost: The full cost for this trip is £400 per child. There is a discounted price for those who are eligible for Free School Meals (means tested).

Full payment will need to be made before 7^th June 2027.

The trip will be available to book via ParentMail from Monday 5^th October, with a £50 non-refundable deposit required to secure your child’s place. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once deposits are paid.
