Dear Parents and Carers of Cinnamon Class,

Re: Cinnamon Class Parents’ Evening, 12^th and 13^th October 2026

On Monday 12^th October and Tuesday 13^th October we will be holding Parent-Teacher meetings to report on your child’s progress in class, and their future targets. The meetings will be held between 3:30pm and 6:00pm (Monday) and 3:30pm and 7.00pm (Tuesday). These will be face-to-face meetings in school.

Meeting locations:

• Nursery to Year 4: Your child’s classroom
• Year 5 and Year 6: Paxton Hall
• Hub classes: Your child’s classroom

You will be able to book you appointment through ParentMail, either through the app or online. If you have not already registered for ParentMail we will be emailing out reminder information on how to register for an account.

If your child is in Nursery, please note these meetings will be between 3:30pm and 5:00pm.

The appointment booking system will be open from next week, Monday 5^th October 2026 at 1.00pm.

Bookings will close on Sunday 11^th October 2026 at 3.30pm.

If you experience any difficulties, please call the school office on 020 8699 6300 and one of the admin team will book an appointment for you.
