Dear Year 6 Parents and Carers,

RE: Help with Secondary Transfer applications

As your child prepares for the transition to secondary school, we would like to offer support with completing their secondary school transfer application.

I will be available for individual appointments to assist you with making your child’s application and answering any questions you may have.

Appointments will be available on the following days and times:

Wednesday 14^th October from 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Thursday 15^th October from 3.40pm – 4.40pm

Friday 16^th October from 3.40pm – 4.40pm

Please bring the following information and documents with you:

• Child’s details: Full name and date of birth that match their birth certificate or passport. [1, 2]
• Proof of address: A recent Council Tax bill or account number, a signed mortgage or tenancy agreement, or recent utility/bank statements. [1, 2, 3]
• Proof of residency for the child: A Child Benefit or tax credit letter, or a GP/health record document issued within the last 12 months. [1]
• Parent or carer details: Name, address, phone number, and email address of the main parent or carer with parental responsibility.

Appointments must be booked in advance via ParentMail. We encourage you to book an appointment if you would like support with completing the application.
