Dear Parents and Carers,

RE: SEND Coffee Morning – Wednesday 21^st October 2026, 9:00am

We would like to invite you to our upcoming SEND Coffee Morning on Wednesday 21^st  October at 9.00am. It will be a lovely opportunity to come together, share information and talk about some exciting developments within our SEND provision.

During the coffee morning, we will share an overview of the changes to our SEND provision as part of our new Inclusion Strategy. We will explain what these changes mean for our children and families, including how we are strengthening our inclusive practice, developing our SEND curriculum and ensuring that children receive the right support to help them thrive and make progress.

There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your views and talk to members of our SEND team. Your feedback and partnership are incredibly important to us as we continue to develop our provision.

The coffee morning will be a special opportunity to say a very fond farewell to our much-loved Speech and Language Therapist, Raj. Raj has made a wonderful contribution to our school community and has supported so many of our children and families. We would love for parents and carers to join us in thanking him for everything he has done and wishing him every happiness for the future. You will also have the opportunity to meet Jonathan, who will be taking over Raj’s role of looking after our Resource Base children with speech and language needs.

Refreshments will be provided, and we hope you will be able to join us for what we hope will be an informative and enjoyable morning.
