RE: Kelvin Grove is going Cashless, Feb 2025
To ensure our processes and procedures align with the school’s risk assessment, we have made some adjustments to the office’s operations. As we transition to becoming a cashless school, we kindly ask for your support and patience as new systems are introduced.
From Monday 24th February 2025, we are becoming a cashless school and will no longer be able to accept cash or cheques. All items including School Trips, Events, Breakfast Clubs and Meals will need to be paid via SCOPAY.
To prepare for the cashless operations being fully embedded, parents will need to prepare for online payments via our safe payment platform SCOPAY. Some of our parents are already set up with SCOPAY so please can we request those who are not, to prepare for Spring term by doing so. In the event that you have any difficulties or need additional support, then please contact the school office either by phone, email or in person.
Making a payment is straightforward, SCOPAY holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you’ve activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
