If you would like to send a letter to parents and carers, please use the school’s headed notepaper, availiable from this handbook.
Once written, ensure that you get someone else to proof read the letter (Suzy if in doubt). The letter will then need to be emailed to the school office, on the day that it goes home, so that it can be uploaded to the school website. Once on the website, it is possible to text the letter to parents, if you would like this done, please do let a member of the office staff know. OR: right click the letter on the school website, copy the link address – search for URL shortener on Google, shorten link and text to parents/carers.
