Our nursery has a mix of full and part-time places available. All three year olds are eligible to apply for part time places (15 hours per week) and families that are entitled to 30 hours free childcare can apply for full time places. If you need further information about the 30 hours free childcare offer, please refer to the documents below.
Children must be at least three years of age when they start nursery in either the September or April intake. You can register your child on the waiting list for a nursery place once they are two years of age.

Or contact the school office which is open between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (020 8699 6300). Completed forms must be accompanied by a copy of your child’s birth certificate. We will also require proof of address prior to making an official offer (i.e. child benefit letter, council tax bill or tenancy agreement – within 3 months of issue).
Parents who have applied for nursery places can expect to receive confirmation according to the following times:
September intake: Offers sent last week in June
April intake: Offers sent first week in February

IN THE EVENT THAT THE NURSERY IS OVER-SUBSCRIBED PRIORITY IS GIVEN, IN ORDER, TO:
1 | Children in public care; |
2 | Children with specific medical or social needs, supported by a professional such as a social worker, psychologist or doctor; |
3 | Children whose brother or sister already attends Kelvin Grove at the time of the closing date for applications and will be on the roll at the time of admission; |
4 | Children for whom it is the nearest community school (measured in a straight line from home to school). |
