In Bronze Class, we have been taking the time out to learn a bit more about each other through planning and writing our very own autobiographies. We have thoroughly enjoyed sharing milestones and personal achievements with our friends. The adults also shared their autobiographies, which gave us the opportunity to learn a bit more about them too.
This writing unit has enabled us to think more closely about our Black History Month theme (Proud to be Me) by talking about our aspirations and individually celebrating our achievements.
In maths, we have started learning how to multiply large numbers and explore our understanding of solving these types of questions using our reasoning skills. We have loved the challenge and can’t wait to return to more of these challenges in the near future.
This week’s learning in science has been all about adaptation, evolution and inheritance. We have learnt about the work of Charles Darwin, experimented by extracting DNA from fruits and explored inheritance by designing our very own Mr Men families.
Take a look at some of our wonderful baby pictures and Mr Men families!
