We have enjoyed our introduction to number and nursery rhymes in nursery. Over the last two weeks we have learnt the number rhymes: ‘5 Little Ducks’, ‘5 Speckled Frogs’, ‘5 Current Buns’ and ‘5 Little Men in a Flying Saucer’. We have learnt the nursery rhymes: ‘Incy Wincy Spider’, ‘Humpty Dumpty’, ‘Polly Put the Kettle On’ and ‘Jack and Jill’.

The children have enjoyed acting out the rhymes and making their own props to take home and share with their families. We hope all their rhyme posters have been shared at home and the children are singing along! We have enjoyed our daily rhyme sessions and are looking forward to learning more rhymes next half term.
