In Cinnamon Class this week, the children have been writing fact files about The Great Fire of London. They have learned where the fire started, how it spread and how hard Londoners worked to try to put it out. Once again, the children have impressed us with their use of language, particularly new vocabulary, and with how well they have written about the fire in their fact files. 

The children have also been learning about multiplication. This week they focused on the two times table. 

Cinnamon Class loved celebrating World Book Day on Thursday. Highlights were the shared reading with Turquoise Class, Miss Magee’s story telling in a special assembly, being given a book to keep, having lots of stories read to them and, of course, dressing up as their favourite book character! Thank you for all of your support with their brilliant costumes.
