We’ve just started our new topic: Forces in Year 3 and we are loving our Science lessons so far in Emerald Class! We’ve learned that some forces need contact, like friction but others, like magnetism, can act at a distance. We tested different magnets to see what materials they worked through and whether coins were magnetic (spoiler alert! Not all of them were!). It was a brilliant, hands-on afternoon!
