It’s been a busy few weeks of building in Year 1! We’re so proud of how the children are settling into their new routines and showing amazing creativity.

Their construction skills have shone in Forest School, where they’ve worked together to build incredible woodland dens. This passion for building has continued at playtime, with the children using crates to engineer everything from towering castles to secret dens.

To top it all off, we brought our building skills into the classroom for DT, where the children designed and built their very own cars! Well done, Year 1, for a fantastic and creative few weeks.
