Year 3 have been getting creative with clay, making their very own Skara Brae-inspired pots! First, we explored designs in our sketchbooks, experimenting with patterns and shapes inspired by the pottery of this ancient Stone Age settlement. Once we had settled on our favourite designs, we got hands-on with the clay, carefully shaping our pots and carving our patterns into the surface. We loved seeing our ideas come to life and developing our skills along the way. We are so proud of our finished creations. Just look how amazing they turned out!
