Introducing ParentMail: Our New Communications, Online Payment & Booking System
We are delighted to introduce ParentMail, our all-in-one platform for school communications, online payments, and childcare bookings. This replaces SCOPAY and Teachers2Parents.
ParentMail brings several key services together into a single, convenient system:
- School Communications: ParentMail is now our primary channel for direct messages, urgent notices, newsletters, and school-wide updates.
- Parents’ Evening Appointments: You can now book your parent-teacher consultation slots directly through the system.
- Online Payments & Childcare Bookings: You can view balances and pre-pay for school meals, school trips, enrichment clubs, Breakfast Club, and ClubXtra sessions.
ParentMail is secure, user-friendly, and offers greater flexibility. We do not use fixed club contracts; instead, you can log in and pre-book the childcare sessions you need on a flexible “Pay as You Go” basis.
Getting Started
- Check Your Email for an Invitation: Please check your inbox for your ParentMail registration invitation to activate your account today. You will only need your registration link/code once to complete the initial setup.
- Download the ParentMail App: We strongly encourage all parents and carers who have not yet done so to download the free ParentMail app (available on iOS and Android). Using the app allows you to receive instant push notifications, keep track of all school communications in one place, and manage payments and bookings quickly on the go.
- Childcare Voucher Payments: If you pay using childcare vouchers, please email vouchers@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk with:
- Your child’s full name
- Your voucher provider
- The childcare service you require (e.g., Breakfast Club, ClubXtra)Our team will then set up your voucher payment account accordingly.
