This week’s SONG OF THE WEEK is ‘Here Comes The Sun‘ by The Beatles, written by George Harrison in 1969 and released on the album, Abbey Road.
Arthur and Felix chose this song as its a fabulous song about how/when the sun finally arrives after a long wait, it makes everyone feel a deep happiness. This feels like a good metaphor for the children coming back to school after a long winter’s wait.
One of our Year 5 pupils posted a wonderful Musical Thank You to all the staff team for their hard work setting and marking the children’s home learning.
