In Scarlet Class this summer term, we have aimed to settle the children and extend their experiences and vocabulary.  We have explored a variety of mini-topics including; colour, animal groups, mini beasts, our bodies, healthy food, shops and number. 

We have read and enjoyed reading the stories – ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’, ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What can you see?’ and ‘Handa’s Surprise’.

The children have worked hard and are looking forward to either moving onto Reception or starting in the other Nursery class.  Both myself, Ms Clarke and Ms O’Dwyer, wish all the children the very best for September.
