Group 1 are enjoying our last full day on the farm. We spent the morning doing some gardening with Charlie. This is us in the poly tunnel where they grow Egyptian cucumbers. These amazing plants can be turned into all natural loofahs or sponges. We also enjoyed the sensory garden and smelling all the different herbs. We even managed to find the lemon balm and mint that we used to make infusions after dinner last night. We’ll be bringing the recipes home and can’t wait to show our families what we’ve learned.
