We have been very busy in Nursery.  Not only learning and exploring, but getting to know all the new children.  All of which have settled in very well, thanks to the support of their parents and to the children making them feel so welcome in their class.

This week we have been reading the story of ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’.  The children have enjoyed acting out the story, learning about the different sized bowls, chairs and beds.  They have also learnt a song about Goldilocks, not only singing beautifully but have mastered all the correct actions. 

The children have enjoyed retelling the story using the book as a prompt, dressing bears, drawing pictures of Goldilocks and making biscuits for the three bears as a sorry gift from Goldilocks.
