In Ochre class this week we have been learning about seed dispersal in science. We learnt that there are many ways that plants disperse their seeds including floating away on water, sticking to animals and being blown by the wind. We sorted some types of seeds and discussed how they might be dispersed. Afterwards, we made spinners from card to investigate how some seeds are dispersed by the wind!
