In Orchid we have been learning all about ‘Under the Sea’.  We have been reading the book ‘The Big Book of the Blue’ and finding out lots of interesting facts about sea creatures.  We have even written our own fact files about jellyfish. Did you know that jellyfish have 24 eyes? We have also been learning how to tell the story of ‘Tiddler’ by Julia Donaldson,  off by heart and this week we are going to be writing our own Tiddler stories, explaining why Tiddler was late for school.  

In Maths we have been learning how to count and recognise numbers to 20 and we have been practising how to form our numbers correctly.
