This week Indigo class visited the Planetarium. The children were able to see what the night sky looks like. Indigo class was really impressed with the Planetarium’s dome-shaped ceiling from which we learnt about space. A special projector in this room shone images on the domed ceiling and showed us the stars and other objects in the night sky. Well done Indigo class despite the heat you were superstars!
The children were also able to stand on the line in Greenwich which represents the historic Prime Meridian of the World. The children are also enjoying building their moon landers in DT and we look forward to testing them.
