Both Magenta class groups have been enjoying learning about out story ‘We’re going on a Tiger hunt‘. We have learnt different actions through a sensory story. The tiger travels through a hot desert, jungle, swamp and through a storm! We drew story maps, made tiger masks and constructed simple sentences.

We also went to our first Forest school session of the year with Mr Murray. We explored the area, looked at the trees and puddles and enjoyed a snack at base camp!

This week has had an art focus for ‘take one picture’. We looked at David Hockey’s paintings and became inspired to paint with block colours and use bright paints to illustrate our art.
