This term, our new topic is ‘Roman Rule.’ We began the new term with our launch. We had three activities where we learnt about: Roman food, mosaics, Roman numerals and how to be a Roman soldier.

We have also started our new text in English, ‘The Spider and the Fly,’ where we have used the titles and some illustrations to make predictions. We think that the spider is a sinister character who will be charming to try and manipulate the fly so that he can eat her.
