Magenta have had a fantastic term learning through our topic ‘Superheroes’. We read ‘Supertato’, who is a brave and courageous potato who helps his vegetable friends from evil pea!
We wrote speech bubbles saying ‘help’ and ‘stop’! We also designed ‘wanted posters’ and drew evil pea!
We then moved onto ‘local superheroes’ in our community, and read ‘A superhero like you’. We learnt some facts about doctors, nurses, firefighters, dentists and vets. We talked about what we would like to be when we grow up.
We finished this topic with a ‘superhero’ tea party and a special Superhero visitor came to see us!
Magenta staff are proud of our language, fine motor and social skills which are improving all the time. We have made fantastic progress this term!
