In English, Gold class’ topic this term has been Ancient  Egypt. The children have learnt so much. They wrote their names in hieroglyphs, they have learnt about the mummification process and they also designed their own sarcophagus. 

In maths they have learnt about area and perimeter, the children have found the area and perimeter of different objects around the school.  They used metre sticks to find the area of the classroom.
