Rose Class have been busy reading their new story “The Snowman” this week. We have watched parts of the animation and have been using colourful semantics to help us make some sentences about the story. We have been busy with our arts and crafts and have made lots of festive crafts recently and also worked together to make a large Christmas tree and a large snowman for our classroom.
In Maths we have been learning how to write our numbers and continuing to practice counting. We have learnt lots of number rhymes, have been writing numbers on a whiteboard and in our sensory play.
In free flow we have been busy playing with the children in Magenta class. We have enjoyed practicing turn taking games in the outdoor area.
We have also been practising the songs for our Christmas show and we can’t wait to see you all there on the Wednesday 13th December at 10am in Rose Class.
