It’s hard to believe our time at Nethercott is already over – the week has flown by! We have had such an incredible experience on the farm and want to thank the staff at Nethercott and our Teachers who looked after us.

The staff at Nethercott farm were very impressed with all the Year 5 children and the hard work and enthusiasm they put in everyday. A Big Congratulations to our ‘Farmers of the Week!’ Jonathan, Issa, Samuella and Charlie all received certificates for their extra fabulous effort farming this week from the staff at Nethercott farm.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our farm life adventure! It was great to do all the different activities, from preparing beds for planting, to harvesting food we would later get to cook – it’s been hard and rewarding work. A huge highlight has, of course, been all the wonderful farm animals we’ve met and had the privilege to care for this week. The baby chicks were adorable and the lambs so gentle! It was hard to say goodbye but we are very excited to be on our way back home. See you soon!
