Wow, what a whirlwind these past few weeks have been in Year 3! We can hardly believe that the end of the school year is just around the corner. From quarter past to quarter to, half past to o’clock, and even reading time to the nearest five minutes, we’ve been time-telling pros!
In English, we’ve been delving into the fascinating life of Floella Benjamin. Researching everything from her upbringing in Trinidad to her groundbreaking achievements, like becoming the first Trinidadian woman to enter the House of Lords in 2010. It’s been eye-opening to learn about all she has accomplished.
This week we visited our new Year 4 teachers and got a sneak peek of our future classroom. Although we are sad to say goodbye to Year 3, we are buzzing with excitement for the adventures Year 4 will bring us after the summer break!
