Year 3 have kicked off their Stone Age topic for this term with a workshop handling real artefacts! We saw bones from a Wooly Rhino, replica’s of a Neolithic Antler Scythe and a real Auroch Tooth from the Bronze Age to name just a few! Did you know some of these artefacts are over 8,000 years old?! Mind-blown! 
It has been such an amazing experience to see and hold these real relics from the past, and we are very excited to delve deeper in our topic this half term.
