What an interesting week we have had in Nursery, celebrating Lunar New Year.  We have been making lanterns, lucky envelopes and learning all about the Chinese Zodiac and how the years were named.  We have all learnt that the children were born in either the year of the rat or ox and that this year is the year of the snake.

We ended the week with our own dragon dance and making noodles to take home and share with our families.  We have also been learning how to use chopsticks and have our own to take home to try!
