In English, over the past two weeks Saffron class has been enjoying the book ‘Vlad and the Great Fire of London’, and we have been writing about which of our precious possessions we would have buried to keep safe, like Samuel Pepys. We have continued this theme in History, and been finding out about how London was different in 1666, and how the jobs people did differed too. We loved finding out what a ‘gong farmer’ did!
In DT, we created some amazing Tudor Houses, whilst in Science we have been busy investigating materials and their properties. We have logged on to Seesaw to listen to our teachers read us Roald Dahl stories, and sent in some marvellous illustrations to go with the books. What an interesting and exciting start to the term we have had!
