Ochre class have been enjoying finding out about some endangered animals as part of our English learning, and made some fantastic fact files! We found out about Amur leopards, hawksbill sea turtles, macaws and black rhinos. Ask anyone in year 2 about one of these animals and you are sure to find out something amazing!
In maths, we have been working on multiplication, and it has been great to see how well children have learned their 2, 5 and 10 times tables.
In our work on lifecycles in science, we have been thinking about how humans change throughout their lives. We discussed the new skills we have developed since we were babies.
We were so pleased when we went outside for PE today and it felt like a Summer’s day – hurray!
