Turquoise class have been busy planning and writing their version of the Norse tale, ‘Arthur and the Golden Rope’. We have received some fantastic presentations for home learning this week where children filmed themselves presenting what they know about one of the animals kingdoms with a model they made and labelled.
In Science, we have continued to develop our understanding of classification keys and designing good questions for these. In maths, we have been revisiting and developing our understanding of fractions, including unit and non unit fractions.
In History we have learnt about the role of animals in the World Wars and the medals of bravery won by some of them. In P.E. we have been developing our ball skills and learning to pass in a variety of ways.
This week we also met Jamie, who works for Rock Steady and gave a presentation on the new club starting in school soon.
