Apricot class has begun learning about non-fiction books and different types of text. They are beginning to learn about polar animals through the ‘talk for writing’ scheme and will use this information in the coming weeks to create their own fact file about penguins.
In geography they have looked at globes, atlases and Google Earth to discover continents and oceans of the world.
In Maths they are developing their skills to subtract using number lines, partitioning numbers and then explaining how they did it.
