This week in maths, we have been focusing on our 6 times table. We have been developing our fluency and learning the division facts related to the 6 times table. To further help us we created our very own flash cards.
In English, we have been writing a suspenseful ending to our text “The spider and the fly”. We have looked at different examples and discussed the key features to create suspense within our writing.
In the afternoon we have been very busy with some of us going swimming, we have shown resilience and have learnt how to swim! The children who are yet to go swimming have been busy learning about the Romans and placing key historical events in chronological order.
In PSHE we have been talking about our hopes and dreams. We designed what hopes and dreams we have for the future.
